Carlee Marie has arrived!

The last week Julee and I have been even more anxious then usual for our baby to come and apparently Carlee was too. She decided to show up 20 days early! It was a pleasant surprise especially since Julee and Carlee are both happy and healthy. I am still in shock of what happened Yesterday. Despite Carlee being so small we feel like we are at 150%.
Some details: Carlee was 18 inches 5 pounds 9 ounces and had an apgar score 9.9

What We've Been Up To Lately

Visiting friends (Katie and Ryan) in Staten Island...

buying a sweeeeet 2001 Toyota Corolla from them...

I had some freinds over for lunch and cookies...

Julee's 26th Birthday

My amazing, talented friend Tamara (the same one who made the apron) put together a fabulous lunch on my b-day and invited some friends. She made pulled pork sandwiches and cold slaw and served kettle potato chips, pickles and grapes on a cutely decorated table! Yummy!! And for dessert...a peanut butter sheet cake and chocolate ice cream! Double yummy!! I know, what an awesome friend!


At the party was a 33 week pregnant woman (me), a mama with a 3 week old (Afton and Brooks), a mama with a 6 month old (Shannon and Ashlyn), and a mama with a 4 month old (Tamara and Oliver), and a new grandma (Afton's mama). You can imagine what we talked about...



That made my birthday one to never forget and then to top it off Matt took me to see a Broadway show! We tried to win lottery tickets to Wicked but weren't lucky enough so we purchased discount tickets to Little Mermaid instead. It was a good show. We had a blast. We hung out in Time Square McDonald's until the show started (it was cold and raining outside).



I love Matt so much!
