Christmas Eve

We made Cherry Tarts for Santa,

 and then went to Sea World.

 Carlee and Dani really enjoyed Snow World there,

and got to sit on Santa's knee before he had to take off for a busy night of flying and giving.

 Our last stop before heading home was a train ride eating candy canes from Santa (apparently I was pretty excited).

 When we got home we had a candle lit "picnic" eating foods similar to what Jesus would have eaten (kind of) while we watched the animated Nativity Story in new Jammies from Aunt Natalie.   

We ate a few of Santa's cookies and then left him just two with some eggnog.  Carlee thought that was rude of us to eat most of his cookies but I told her not to worry, that he would be getting plenty from all around the world!  And we didn't forget to leave some carrots for the reindeer.
